nice preview

Great song man, i love this man! i cant wait till the full version is out! I'm ageeing with the guy below me the scratching sound is kinda annoyhing. But what ever, with out that sound it just wouldnt sound right, so its all good. This is a great track though. it has a nice rave feel to it. the vocals are good man, i have my headphones on and it feels like the voices are going through my head O.O hahahaha great stuff man. But i would say maybe add a better build up. and a more intense climax, maybe a snare roll would make it more interesting. or something like that, great stuff though. you did a good job keep up the good work.

cheers for review mate, ye im gna sort out that sound, was trying to create an atmosphere of discomfort with it to convey a sort of eerie and discomfort feel gained from the drugs or whatever + am going to try and add some more power to the song and stuff to intensify it to the MAX :D

Wow man, this song amazing dude. And i agree with the guy below it really does remind my of smiley's music. You play stepmania too eh? do you by any chance have SMO? pm me if you do haha. ANYWAYS back to the review, i really enjoyed this song man, you really hit it on this one. Keep up the great work. This song is definitly going into my favorites man. What VST did you use for the lead? it sounds amazing.

yeah i used to be a god at Stepmania, but i had to delete 15 gigs of songs to make room for FL

i dont play SMO though

i used nexus as my vst for both leads

Well, im going to give you a honest review, so if i say anything please to take it to hard its the truth.

Well, the song doesnt suck. But its just boring, add more interesting sounds maybe try to use other VST's other than sytrus, try using 3xOsc maybe? Oh, and also maybe fix up the kick pattern. And... use more melodies, from what i hear its just the same melody but using defferent synths. Add maybe 2 or 3 more change it up a little. And make the drums a bit more interesting becuase pretty much all i hear is "kick kick kick kick kick kick kick kick kick snare kick snare kick snare kick snare kick kick kick kick" Its boring man, throw some snare rolls, some drum fills, and some hi hats. That should make the song more interesting. Maybe change up the bassline too, its a little boring just like the whole song (dont take that to hard, okay?). Well the song does need ALOT of work. But if you follow the tips i gave you, you should have a pretty solid song. Umm... i dont really know what else to say. Good luck on this song, i hope the finish product sounds good! Oh... and umm... the synth that comes in around 40 seconds. Its really annoying, maybe switch it with a saw. Try using the Hypersaw preset in sytrus thats actually a decent saw. Well, thats all i gotta say for now. If you can, review my song too?

wow man, amazing.

Man, i actually really like this song. Its awesome dude, very good melodies. But i gotta say, that voice was kinda random, but without it the song would of sounded empty. And i really like your bassline, its good man great stuff. But i would suggest maybe a stronger kick next time? And maybe try use a different kick pattern instead of just the simple kick thats on every beat, that would of made the song more interesting to listen to but it was still good. Oh and maybe add a snare roll in there some place, just to give the song the extra "umph" you know? The build up was great at around 4:40 i really liked that alot good job on that one. But yeah, i dont really know what else to say about your song. You did a excelent job. I just wish people would actually vote fair on newgrounds. It really gets me mad when some people just go around giving zeros all the song when most of those songs actually deserve a 5/5, like this one.

lol thanks, great critique.. i agree i could put some rolls in for extra punch.. i just tend to only use snare or clap rolls if i have a snare or clap coming in after it XD

Also the kick.. is SUPER loud right now it punches right through the whole mix, so i dunno why you would need it louder XD

And i actually did have a Kick roll and 3 other patterns but they just didn't fit in right..
after the compeition is over i will edit this more.. it wasa last minute entry ^^'

i really like this man, along with all your other tracks. but... this one has gotta be one of my favorites now. i like it alot man, keep up the great work! this was good, but the last 4 or 5 notes of the song REALLY killed the flow i had when i was listenin to this song. i dont know how... they just sounded out of place, i didnt really like that. i think you should make a little more longer too =D. the break was epic, everything just came together nice and smoothly. great job man

sytrus is GREAT and all, but i dunno... ive heard all the same sounds in all the same songs
it would sound better with different sounding leads.

Thanks man, Ive had the program for awhile and I thought I was supposed to get free updates but i guess not =/. I also dont quite have the right funds to buy more, making car payments.. But thanks for the comments, I think once I start college, I will learn more about adding effects to get a better sound from different instruments.
